1- اسم Noun

يعود على المذكور آنفا

المذكور أعلاه، سيساعدنا لاحقا

أمر من الأعلى.
2- صفة Adjective
متقدم ، أنفا (سابقا) مُتَقَدِّمُ الذِّكْر ، المذكور آنفا ( اي سابقا)، مشار اليه آنفا

English meaning:
- overhead, upstairs, or in the sky:
My brother lives in the apartment above.
A flock of birds circled above.
يعيش أخي في الشقة فوقاً.
حلق سرب من الطيور عالياً.
- higher in rank, authority, or power
She was told to speak to the person above.
اُخبرت بان تكلم المسؤول
- higher in quantity or number:
books with 100 pages and above.
كتب بـ 100 صفحة و اكثر

Her blood pressure is above normal.
ضغط دمها اعلى من الطبيعي.
- فوق - اعلى في التقييم او المكانة
The children in her class are all above average.
الاطفال في فصلها جميعا فوق المتوسط. الاطفال جميعا في فصلها فوق المتوسط.
في القوات البحرية، النقيب اعلى من القائد.
